We offer true No-Frills hotel rooms in the heart of the city: 5-stars location, bed and shower-rooms at 1-star price.

How do we do it?

The same principles which work for Low-Cost airlines apply to hotels:

While everyone’s familiar with Low-Cost airlines, those who offer really cheap flight tickets, their business model is not so clear: how do they do it?

The answer is simple: they priorities- they target a market of passengers who’d like to get from point A to point B at the lowest cost and they offer just that. They “strip” their flight service from anything else which is charged separately (like luggage, food and drink), they fly from remote airports and at low-peak times. And they’re very successful, taking over the industry and force others to adjust.

At the center of the city
With pampering bed
And luxurious shower rooms

That’s it. Our rooms are relatively small, our hotel doesn’t have SPA, pool or even a lobby and we don’t offer room-service or breakfast. We charge the guest for any extra service he desires (TV, toiletry, WiFi, safe etc.)

We target urban tourists or price conscious business-people who’d prefer to pay €35 per night at our hotel down-town than the €70 charged by 3 star hotels located farer from the city center (or the €100 plus charged by 4-5 star hotels).

Our business model works at any economic situation: bad times make people save more while good times bring new budget tourists to the market.
